Music is a necessary component to my workouts. Whether I’m teaching a spin class, running outside, or training in the gym, I’ve got music. It’s amazing how motivating the right tunes can be – there have been many times when the perfect songs carried me through a workout when my ass had been dragging. There are SO many songs that I love to train to, but these are among my favorites.
